BONE DADDY'S TO OPEN FOURTH LOCATION IN TEXAS (11/23/2007) - Bone Daddy's to Open Fourth Location in Texas   Following on the heels of the wildly successful opening of his third Bone Daddy's House of Smoke in Grapevine, Texas, Founder and CEO Mike Leatherwood announced that he has plans to open a fourth Bone Daddy's in a new development in Arlington, Texas.   The new 6,500 square-foot restaurant will be located in the new Arlington Highlands East retail development, and is projected to open in late 2008.  It will be in a standalone building located along the Interstate-20 frontage road.   According to an executive with the Dallas-based developer of the new Arlington retail development, "We really worked hard to bring in new restaurant concepts that are not currently in Arlington or in some cases in Tarrant County," said Daniel Fuller, "We are truly bringing the newest concepts to town."   The other existing Bone Daddy's locations are in North Dallas, Austin, and Grapevine.  With an average dinner check of $15 - $16, Bone Daddy's House of Smokes are full-service, barbeque and steak restaurants.
